Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Nabilton Group website: what the enquiry form collects, who it passes through on the way to us, and what we do with it afterwards. It is written in plain English and describes only what this website actually does.
Who we are
Nabilton Group Pty Ltd builds custom concrete swimming pools across Sydney. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What the enquiry form collects
The quote form on this site asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service you are after — residential, infinity, custom concrete, or not sure yet
- Your suburb
- Your message — whatever you choose to tell us about the project
That is everything. We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and quote the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
You do not have to use the form. You are welcome to call or email instead, and you can leave the message field as short as you like.
How your enquiry reaches us
This website has no database and stores nothing itself. When you press send, your enquiry is passed to Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which emails it to our business inbox. Web3Forms handles the message in transit; we read and keep it in our email.
Web3Forms sets out what it does with form data in its own privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy.
Fonts loaded from Google
The site's two typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google when the page loads, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else, and we do not use Google Analytics or Google Ads on this site. Google explains its handling at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixel, and nothing is stored in your browser between visits. We cannot tell who you are unless you send us an enquiry.
Links to other sites
Our Instagram and Facebook links take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies and their own tracking. Nothing on this page is embedded from them.
How long we keep your enquiry
Enquiries stay in our email while we are talking to you about the work, and afterwards as a record of the job. If you would rather we did not keep yours, ask and we will delete it.
Asking for a copy, a correction or a deletion
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nabiltongroup1@gmail.com or call 0421 984 411 and tell us which enquiry it was. We will action it as soon as we reasonably can, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting something new, or starts using a service that it does not use today, this page gets updated before that change goes live. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
